The Town Council appropriated $11,200 from the Land Acquisition Reserve Fund in order to provide funds to develop the plans for a recreation trail located between New Portland Road and Libby Avenue on Town owned land. The funds will also go toward a review appraisal of three properties for the purpose of transferring restrictions from an old Land and Water Conservation Fund.

Renee Lachapelle and Alex Kimball, representatives from Cumberland County Regional Assessing, proposed providing assessment services to the Town. The Town Council asked several questions after the presentation.
