Will Sedlack, Director of the Land Trust said, “Our goal with this strategic planning process is to make sure we’re focusing on what matters most to the community— including protecting important lands and waterways while also giving people great places to enjoy nature. It’s really about finding the right balance between conservation and recreation and making sure we’re working smarter by teaming up with other organizations whenever and wherever it makes sense.”

He added, “We want to strengthen our partnerships with local municipalities and ensure our work supports the needs of the communities we serve. By working together, we hope to protect more land, create accessible outdoor spaces, and get more people involved in conservation efforts.
