The Planning Board met on June 5 in the Municipal Center. A request to amend the Land Use and Development Code to require underground utilities for any new subdivision, private way or site plan was discussed with recommended amendments to be reviewed at a Public Hearing at the July 10 Planning Board Meeting. Novel Energy Solutions request to construct Dyer Rod Solar, a 700 KiloWatt community solar array and associated infrastructure was discussed.
Dakota Cummings request for a private way to serve a single-family house at 59 Wood Road was discussed.
Ryan Chicione, 239 County Road, requested approval of a contract zone to allow for a recreational, agricultural, educational, and social gatherings facility was discussed.
