Following a public hearing, the Board recommended that the Town Council allow the utilization of sandwich board/A-frame signs.

The Shaw Family Foundation’s request for approval of a site plan to begin the initial earthwork at 600 Main St. was approved.

Mega Industries, LLC’s site plan amendment at 28 Sanford Drive on property located in Gorham Industrial Park was approved.

Design Dwellings’ request for preliminary approval of Douglas Woods Subdivision, a 14-lot subdivision located on South St., was discussed.

The next Planning Board meeting will be held on July 16.
