• Goodwill Industries of NNE’s request for approval of 27 additional parking spaces at their property on Hutcherson Drive was discussed and moved to the next available consent agenda.
• Pike Industries’ request to remove 5.279 acres from their Buck St. gravel pit and to convey it to CMP on property located between Shaw’s Mill Road and Buck St. was approved with findings of fact and conditions of approval.
• The amendment to allow mobile vending units in roadside commercial, industrial, Narragansett Development, agricultural/industrial, urban commercial and Gorham Village Center subject to performance standards was discussed and moved to the next planning board meeting for a public hearing.
