Hortazeo, LLC’s request for approval of a 40,000 square foot manufacturing facility on Lot 4 of the Olde Canal Business Park was discussed.
An amendment to the Land Use and Development Code to allow mobile vending units in the Roadside Commercial, Industrial, Narragansett Development and Agricultural/ Industrial zoning districts was discussed and referred to the Planning Board’s Ordinance Committee for review and recommendations.
