Thomas College announced the induction of Joseph “Jay” Fogg into the Thomas College Athletic Hall of Fame.
Fogg (GHS ‘91) attended Brandeis University in 1991 where he played soccer and baseball and was selected as Rookie of the Year by the conference in soccer. He transferred to Thomas in 1992 where he was a member of the men’s soccer team in ‘92, ‘93, and ‘95. He was a two-time NAIA All-American and three-time All-Conference and All-Regional team selection. He was also inducted into the Gorham High School Athletic Hall of Fame in 2004.
Ryan Farr (GHS ‘20) was named team captain for the Saint Joseph’s College of Maine indoor track team and won the 400 in his first collegiate indoor track meet of the season.
Hallie Shiers (GHS ‘19) earned MVP soccer honors for Merrimack College Women’s Soccer.
