The Gorham Middle School (GMS) Drama Club invites you to join them for a very French production of “Beauty and the Beast Jr.,” presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI).
With a book by Linda Wolverton, music by Alan Menken, and lyrics by Howard Ashman and Tim Rice, “Beauty and the Beast Jr.” was originally directed by Robert Jess Roth and originally produced by Disney Theatrical Productions.
When a young prince and all his servants are put under a spell, only true love can save them from an eternity of mundanity. Belle, who longs for more than a provincial life, may be just the person to break the spell.
Evening shows will be held March 16 and 17 at 7 p.m. in the GMS Auditorium. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. A matinee showing will be performed on March 18 at 2 p.m., with doors opening at 1:30 p.m.
