World Read Aloud Day, an annual event celebrated each February, when authors give their time to read to students over Zoom. On Feb. 5, author Barbara Dee read from her soon to be published novel, “Tear This Down,” and then answered questions from our audience. The students learned that she loves to write and read realistic fiction, enjoys walking her dog and has visited Maine several times. Students from Stroudwater Team and Little River Team attended and were a great audience.
