Congrats to the Boys and Girls Outdoor Track teams for a great SMAA Championship meet on May 24 at Kennebunk. The boys finished as SMAA runner-up while the girls finished in sixth place. The boys team were led by Nolan Feyler with a 1st place finish in the 400 (league record and state all-time #3), Griffin Gammon winning the High Jump and the 1st place 4 X 400 relay team of Dylan Phillips, Aidan Lee, Joshua Wright and Nolan Feyler. The girls were led by Ashley Connolly who scored in two individual events and anchored two scoring relays.

Another reason to celebrate, on May 28, the 9th graders competed in the Freshmen Track & Field Championships in Bath and took home first, as team champions. The girls finished in sixth place. Individual winners were: Antoine Dube in the 300 hurdles; Corbin Wilson in the pole vault; Rigel Arlet in the racewalk; Harvey Crider in the 1600; Sara Brawn in the 400.

On Saturday, June 1, the athletes competed at the state championship meet at Thornton Academy.
